DataScEd4CiEn aims at the following: (1) establish a set of key ideas for data science education of students aged 9-15; (2) equip STEAM teachers with the required knowledge, skills, and resources to bring data science into the classroom; (3) empower teachers to co-design and implement STEAM scenarios for promoting students’ civic engagement through data science; (4) Conduct research to evaluate the impact on teachers’ professional knowledge, and on students’ dispositions and learning.
