Objectives

The project aimed to support wellbeing through research and educational activities. Understanding the experiences of adults during and after the Covid-19 pandemic was key to creating “digital stepping stones” to wellbeing. The project implemented three main activities designed to achieve freely available results: research analysis among 167 participants, international and local workshops, and microlearning activities - digital breakout rooms. All of these activities clearly aimed to support lifelong learning in relation to wellbeing. In addition, the interaction element of digital breakout rooms supports the activity of participants and helps to develop digital and intergenerational learning, thereby supporting the overall quality of life.
