▶Objectives
Our aim was to develop a practical methodological material based on evidence-based practices, which elaborates selected topics of sex education in a way that teachers can use them in teaching the above mentioned target groups. The project activities assisted educational professionals to develop their knowledge and skills in using evidence-based practices in sex education. As a result, the quality of achieving the support measures in education and supporting educational professionals in working with students with special education needs was increased.

Activities realized within the project: 1. Developing the Methodology Guide – the main activity of the project; the result is the practical methodology guide „Sex education for students with intellectual disability and on the autism spectrum“ 2. Workshops with target groups – 20 workshops for educational professionals and students with special education needs were carried out 3. 2 transnational meetings of project partners in Prague and Bratislava 4. Dissemination activities (2 online conferences, promotion of project activities on partners´ websites and social networks)
▶Impact
The outputs and results of the project: - Methodology guide in 4 languages (Czech, Slovak, Serbian and English) of cca 170 pages - 20 workshops with 217 participants (94 educators, 123 students with intellectual disability and/or on the autism spectrum) - 2 online conferences with 364 participants (Czechoslovak and Serbian online conferences) and the records of them - Partnership network to exchange experience and good practice - Raised awareness about school sexual education of the students with intellectual disability and/or on the autism spectrum based on evidence-based practices among educational professionals and social service providers
