Objectives

-Bring together expertise from the fields of environmental, primary & careers education -Develop innovative training methodology and train teachers to understand different dimensions of eco-psychology and green guidance and to help their pupils to contribute to sustainable development through their careers -Create a handbook and resource pack for primary school teachers on green career’s education -Apply new methods in each partner’s context -Test and promote new approach and training methods

Activities

- Organise 4 onsite and 4 online partner meetings to manage the project & outcomes - Prepare and deliver 5 teachers trainings (in each country, on green career edu) - Organise reflective circles for trainees in each country (to try & test new methodology) - Create Handbook (methodology & activities on green career edu) - Create Resource pack - digital tool with worksheets for teachers - Organise 4 dissemination seminars in CZ, SK, FI & SI to promote new methodology and activities on green career

Impact

-A functioning partnerships is established -A new cross-sectoral training methodology is developed -Series of 5 teachers’ trainings are organised in each country, 16-20 teachers are trained and empowered to use new methods -Handbook with methodology & practical tools is published (3000 copies) in EN -Resource pack - digital tool with worksheets for teachers in CZ, SK, SI and FI -New methods are applied in practice by all partners - 4 dissemination seminars (in each country) are organised
