The specific goals are: To create a platform for NGOs from 5 countries to collaborate and share knowledge to strengthen their capacities in empowering youth. To develop civic skills among youth, such as active citizenship and democratic values. To foster European values and a sense of identity among European NGOs and youth, and to develop a common understanding of issues facing Europe.
