Objectives

We addressed the mental health challenges faced by immigrants, such as cultural differences, language barriers, social isolation, and discrimination to enhance their overall well-being and social integration. Within our reach, we promoted physical and mental well-being among immigrants especially those who attended all our workshops and mentorship sessions. This helps them know how to reduce stress, deal with anxiety and depression while helping them to better integrate socially. Overall, we wanted to achieve the following: • Contribute to the overall goal of improving the well-being and mental health of immigrants in Europe, particularly in Germany, Turkey and Italy with high immigrant populations. • Raise awareness of the mental health challenges faced by immigrants and promote the importance of addressing their mental health needs. • Educate immigrant on how to reduce stress and improve their social integration. • Address the mental health challenges faced by immigrants, such as cultural differences, language barriers, social isolation, and discrimination. • Improve the competence of adult educators and social workers concerning metal health issues facing immigrants.
