The primary goal of this Erasmus+ KA210 small-scale cooperation project was to increase high school students' interest in and aptitude for STEM fields, particularly through the STEAM approach. Specifically, the project aimed to foster interest and proficiency in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEM+Art = STEAM). Additionally, the project sought to enhance participants' problem-solving, communication, and digital competence skills, crucial for future education and workforce success. Through hands-on learning experiences, including workshops, field visits, and collaborative international teams, the project provided valuable opportunities for participants to develop their knowledge and skills. Furthermore, the project promoted intercultural discussion and understanding by exposing students to different cultural viewpoints and encouraging the exchange of ideas. This initiative also aimed to build a sustainable network of schools and educators committed to promoting STEM+ART = STEAM education and sharing best practices. Ultimately, by achieving these objectives, the project sought to create a more skilled, informed, and connected European youth, prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.

In our Erasmus+ project, we conducted workshops, virtual meetings, and field visits focusing on STEAM topics. Activities included hands-on learning, collaborative projects, cultural exchanges, and career planning. We organized workshops for teachers to discuss innovative teaching methods and best practices, and facilitated discussions on developing effective lesson plans. This ensured that educators were well-equipped to incorporate STEAM principles into their classrooms. Students developed digital, communication, and problem-solving skills, and promoted STEM+Art education across Germany, Turkey, and Greece. Participants benefited from innovative teaching methods, cross-cultural understanding, and practical experiences to enhance their future education and career prospects.
