To: - support youth workers & develop their competences in the process of mentoring youth to implement youth initiatives (YI) - support youth in getting their ideas & initiatives realized by building key competences - empower youth with tools, steps & guidelines for effective implementation of YI - foster & encourage active youth participation - foster collective spirit among young people - ensure sustainable learning outcomes - ensure sustainability of results & transfer of theory into practice

Activities related to production of results: - preparing methodology&testing with target groups, - implementation of training for youth workers, - creating,maintaining&updating eHub, - multimedia production (tutorial videos, podcasts, interactive materials for eHub), - educational materials production (curricula&presentations for virtual sessions,other materials for eHub), - implementation of competition for best youth initiative, - mentoring,dissemination,translation&other supporting activities
▶Impact
Project results: - methodology in 4 parts for youth workers to support the development of youth initiatives (YI), - training for youth workers & testing methodology with young people, - eHUB: Platform and Virtual Classroom, - competition for the best YI in 5 partner countries + implementation of best YI that will produce a concrete result in their local communities + production of tutorial videos. Outcomes: increased awareness on the topic of YI among target groups and general public.
