EqPay4all aims to increase awareness for the gender pay gap and to foster skills to defeat stereotypes contributing to change of systemic structures in the labour market. Young and adult women are jointly empowered to realise their potential and to give them a voice to stand up for their rights in the professional field. The project therefore follows the European Council’s efforts to reduce the gender pay gap in Europe and it believes in the great chances for societal change lying in youth.

The project activities (webinar series, platform, campaign) all focus on the empowerment of young and adult women to enable them to raise awareness for the topic of gender pay gap. Involvement of the target group throughout the project and cooperation for changing the labour market for better is essential for the consortium. The activities address youngsters and interested people as well as youth workers, youth and/or women associations, educationl institutions, stakeholders, etc.

A webinar series fosters knowledge about the gender pay gap, a virtual platform enables exchange and cooperation, a campaign raises awareness for grievances with regard to gender inequality on the job. Increased knowledge, raised awareness about the issue and the networks formed by co-creation processes and participation in international activities contribute substantially to a change in the perception of women in the work field in the long-term leading to gender equality on the labour market.
