▶Objectives
-To contribute to creating a school climate based on equality, dignity, respect, and non-discrimination through teamwork at partner schools. We aimed to support diversity, improve student behavior and relationships, reduce bullying, and stop criticism or humiliation of others. -To raise awareness and help students form personal connections with different cultures, thereby preventing prejudices now and in the future, fostering empathy, and encouraging them to see differences as strengths rather than weaknesses. -To increase students’ motivation by promoting their active participation in school activities, especially for those who struggle with attendance, display violent behavior, have difficulty adapting to school life, or face marginalization. -To increase students’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities, helping them internalize human rights values and inspiring them to defend their own and others’ rights over time. -To contribute to building a safer and more peaceful world by eliminating prejudices through creating national and international friendship networks among students. -To enhance students’ English communication and writing skills, along with collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and ICT competencies.
