Objectives

The project set out to modernise higher education in film and creative media by combining neuroscience, technology, and pedagogy. We aimed to: - Strengthen students’ digital, creative, and analytical competencies. - Provide educators with innovative tools to capture and analyse audience engagement using psychophysiology data. - Update teaching practices with clear learning outcomes and open educational resources. - Foster cross-disciplinary collaboration between film schools, industry, and research partners. - Build a sustainable framework for data-driven, inclusive, and digitally ready teaching practices. Ultimately, we sought to create a European model where technology enhances both creativity and employability in the audiovisual field. All of this was designed into the platform KreaTech to be used as a toolbox for educators to create content and for students to use this content and be evaluated on their learning progress, while also enabling interactivity, audience-feedback analysis, and cross-industry education that connects film, technology, and neuroscience in innovative teaching practices.
