Objectives

The main objective of the EntrepWellbeing project was to empower women, refugees, and minority groups to become successful entrepreneurs while promoting their mental, physical, and social well-being—especially during times of crisis. We aimed to create accessible upskilling pathways through tailored vocational training in entrepreneurship, innovation, health, and sustainability. The project sought to raise awareness about the importance of well-being in entrepreneurship, reduce economic and social inequalities, and foster inclusion and diversity. By implementing the project, we also aimed to support the sustainability of businesses in crisis contexts, encourage civic engagement and community participation, and build a transnational network of individuals, institutions, and stakeholders to exchange best practices. Ultimately, we wanted to foster resilient, healthy, and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystems across Europe.
