The initial objectives that we have helped to achieve throughout the project were: 1)To support the labour inclusion of adults with disabilities in the open labour market through job mentors who provide on-the-job training, ongoing guidance, and tailored support. 2)To accompany individuals with disabilities along personalised pathways of vocational training, soft skills development, and active job search. 3)To disseminate best practices and scalable models of supported employment for people with disabilities. 4)To raise awareness about the rights of people with disabilities.

Activities Carried Out: Publication and dissemination of a best practices guide on Supported Employment (SE) and an intervention manual detailing a replicable SE methodology within the EU. Establishment of agreements with 4 companies and 3 social entities for the hiring of persons with disabilities. Pilot training groups: 4 courses (totaling 191 hours) on socio-occupational skills with 35 participants (within the project, 2 courses of 45 hours for 14 individuals). 2 pilot supported employment groups involving people with disabilities, of which 16 individuals secured employment in the open labor market, 5 of them with the support of job coaches. Dissemination of results via a dedicated website, 8 multiplier events, brochures and dossiers, and 217 social media posts covering the rights of PCD, ECA best practices, and project-related news. In order to maximize the impact on both objectives and target groups and to enhance outcomes, we implemented several complementary activities beyond those initially planned, including: a civil service exam preparation group, courses on gardening, forklift operation, and fire prevention in Pistoia; personalized career guidance; and a professional certification in "Auxiliary Warehouse Activities".

18 persons with disabilities have obtained and maintained employment (Target: 14 contracts). 7 Supported Employment agreements signed with companies, including one with a multinational corporation. 100% satisfaction with the project and job coaches among individuals employed through ECA (Planned: 85%). 100% satisfaction among collaborating companies (Plan.: 75%). 35 individuals trained in socio-occupational skills (Plan.: 14). 100% of participants passed the final course examination. 100% satisfaction with the training and its usefulness for employment (Plan.: 90%). Best practices guide and ECA manual sent to 78 EU entities (Plan.: 50). 11 multiplier events conducted (Plan.: 2) 100% satisfaction with the events (Plan.: 75%). 100% satisfaction with the quality of the manual and the guide (Planned: 80%). 36 entries published on the project website (Planned: 24). 113 posts on human rights and 114 on ECA and best practices (Planned: 50 of each) 54.83% of posts were reshared 66% of posts received comments. Outcomes not initially foreseen: 138 individual career guidance sessions conducted. 7 individuals prepared for civil service exams; 100% passed with scores above 8. 11 individuals enrolled in the “Auxiliary Warehouse Worker” course.
