The project aimed to improve and perfect the art of communication in elementary school students. Through the development of communication skills, we aimed to achieve several specific objectives: Learn to listen actively To respect the opinions and feelings of others. To use language for the peaceful resolution of conflicts. Encourage emotions and feelings through positive language. Improve academic performance Optimize social relationships The project sought, in short, to create a respectful and trusting environment in which students felt free to express their ideas and feelings, always in an assertive manner. Teachers have played a crucial role in the implementation of these objectives. A teacher's guide has been created with clear tools and guidelines for teaching these communication skills, in addition to a practical workshop in which teachers learned to apply these strategies with their students. In summary, co-Art not only seeks to improve students' communication skills, but also to contribute to their integral development, preparing them for a more successful academic and working future.

Guide for teachers in which they can find information on communication skills, what they are, which ones to work on, the importance and benefits of their treatment, a guide of attitudes to be taken by the teacher to promote these skills and other activities to work with students. Link to the guide: https://www.coartproject.eu/es/recursos/ Workshops for teachers, in which all the aspects included in the guide were discussed, with the aim of deepening in the most relevant aspects of this guide. During these workshops, teachers were able to learn in a more practical way how to implement communication skills in their daily work. All the topics covered in the guide were addressed, doubts were resolved and quality questionnaires were carried out to assess the results of the implementation of the guide with the students, which allowed to collect the teachers' opinion on the effectiveness of the strategies and activities carried out (proposing new activities), ensuring that teachers had the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively apply the contents in the classroom.

The co-ART project generated a series of results that are detailed below: Organization of two international meetings, one in each partner country (Spain and Ireland). The first meeting laid the foundations for the work to be carried out during the 18 months of the project and the second served to lay the foundations for the application of the manual in the workshops with teachers, as well as the dissemination of the project. A guide for teachers has been created in three parts: what are communication skills, a guide to identify teachers' communication skills and five activities for teachers to carry out with students. Workshops for teachers, a preliminary meeting was held with two teachers per participating center to explain the contents and methodology proposed in the guide. Subsequently, sessions were organized in which these teachers collaborated in carrying out the workshops with the children, applying the activities in the manual. Later, these same teachers trained another 10 teachers from their center. Finally, the project was widely disseminated through two Multiplier events for educators and stakeholders, as well as through the social networks Facebook and Instagram and the project website.
