By implementing this project we wanted to raise awareness on environmental issues such as pollution, recycling, water scarcity and the little ,but at the same time important and very necessary, actions to reduce the harmful impact of humans on nature we can all do. We wanted to observe nature and our everyday areas such as schools, homes and the nearest forests. We wanted to do some research and see the strong and weak points in our recycling process, in our saving water methods, in reducing waste and how to improve all the areas that are in a very low rating in terms of environment and caring for a better future. We believe that schools are the starting point, if we succeed in making our students see the urgent need to change habits they will implement them at home and once at home the changes will spread throughout society in a worldwide movement. Making students observe nature by themselves, recognizing the consequences of not recycling at all or properly, and drawing their own conclusions are the most effective ways to get teenagers into action. Making them believe they are in charge of a real and profound change in society, making them be the real rulers of this change will make the rest of the society change, too.

We implemented all the activities described in the project. We went "plogging" all along the river bank, we classified the rubbish and we learned about how much time it takes for each of the types of rubbish found to decompose and degrade in nature. We observed the recycling banks in our schools and we checked if the recycling process was done properly. We made drawing of nature to see its beauty or how we want it to be in the future. We did some activities to recycle some plastic or glass containers so they could have a second chance. We did presentations to make the rest of our community be aware of the damage we are doing to environment and also we gave some alternatives. We showed zero waste was possible just with simple gestures and changes: the use of cloth bags, reusable water bottles and getting rid of aluminum foil in our homes could really make a difference. We also celebrated Earth day writing poems to praise the beauty of nature and how grateful we should be to HER. Moreover we did presentations on water scarcity, global warming and environmental pollution and protection and most important we created infographics to be printed and shown to all members in our schools as a reminder of how important is to protect nature.

The project's outputs and results are varied and reach a wide range of aspects. Apart from raising awareness on climate change, water scarcity, global warming and recycling, we awaken inner seeds to start changing wrong and harmful habits to stop the severe consequences of bad gases into the atmosphere. E-booklet, e-brochure, e-album, website, social media accounts, ppt presentations, drawings, art exhibitions, Erasmus boards are our concrete results. We presented these products in electronic environment, in our social media and website, using e twinning, in line with the principles of Green Skills. Our teachers developed their own methods by learning new education and training methods and transferred their experiences to their colleagues in their own schools. Moreover, our acts won't stop here as we are still working out more future actions and changes to make the most of our resources to reduce the impact on nature, the environment and the atmosphere. The three schools taking part in the project could see and talk about how much are high temperatures affecting us, how much water scarcity is becoming a national issue, and how we are adapting and preparing for an unknown future.
