Objectives

With this project, six organizations from five European countries, we want to develop the competences of secondary school teachers so they can educate their students to be able to mediate for a peaceful resolution of conflicts and an inclusive school environment.

Activities

The main activities include a Study Visit, the creation and implementation of an Online Training Course for teachers, an eBook that collects these new materials, the implementation/adaptation of a peer-to-peer school mediation service, an International Meeting between teachers and student mediators and the drafting of a Guide in six languages for the implementation, management and evaluation of a school mediation service.

Impact

The main results include an eBook in six languages that collects the content of the Online Training Course, a Guide for the implementation, management and evaluation of a school mediation service, the existence in all participating educational centres of this service, the improvement of the key competencies in professionals in the field of school education and the improvement of school coexistence.
