Developing AI tools for sharing intelligence on the local labour markets of VET graduates

AIVET aims at co-creating transparent and significant skills intelligence on VET at the local level by articulating local databases (of graduates, internships, jobs), artificial intelligence, social science research on skills ecosystems and the social construction of technology as well as qualitative data (interviews and focus groups). About 150 participants will contribute. Four universities (UAB- SP, IPS-BAS- BU, UNIVE- AT and VUB- BE) and a chamber of commerce (GCCCC) will be the partners.

The project will deliver a review report, two prototypes of an skills-intelligence AI tool and methodological protocols that will help analysts of VET to make sense of local information. It will also produce two qualitative research reports (including data sets) that assess the scope of local quantitative skills intelligence (triangulation). Best practice reports will showcase examples in the three cities. Participatory workshops and a training activity will disseminate the conclusions.
