▶Objectives
Delivering a new curriculum for Circular Furniture Designers and the related online course, FLIER aims to support furniture sector to properly respond to challenges and opportunities posed by sector circular transition and by new related legislations. FLIER will foster sector transition toward a greener industry, reduce its carbon & environmental footprint, update and upgrade current VET offer related to furniture design and better satisfy the provision of SKCs highly demanded by labour market.
▶Activities
Following the validation of the new occupational profile Circular Furniture Designer curriculum, FLIER will create its online training course in an open customized e-platform. This will be tested, validated by sector students and professionals in a pilot course, a hackathon, a mobility. Many activities for results dissemination and exploitation will be carried out by partners reaching and involving target groups and sector stakeholders across the EU with beneficial spillovers on other sectors.
