▶Objectives
The Green Deal in VR is a collaborative project between three European high schools and a technical partner to increase students’ and teachers’ awareness of the Green Deal, promote and foster internationality in partner schools, enhance digital skills of all participants and create a scenario-based VR learning environment on Green Deal. The project gives students hope for the future and gives tools for future imagining and sustainability science through storytelling in VR simulations.
▶Activities
Activities to be implemented are mobilites and workshops involving both students and teachers focusing on three more specific areas of the Green Deal, namely Energy Policy, Circular Economy and Sustainable Building. We share good practices and create an anthology of sources to be used widely in Europe. Simulations are implemented to illustrate the phenomena that are examined.
▶Impact
The project results include VR learning environment, a digital library and implementation of new skills during and after the project. An anthology of sources on both national and international level is shared via the digital platform of the project. The project includes six mobilites and a final live event. Throughout the project the results and outcomes of each mobility are disseminated via workshops and also on the digital platform and online meetings.
