▶Objectives
By implementing the project, we strengthened teachers' digital education adaptation, which allow them to transform educational environments into digital classrooms by using technology effectively, and permit teachers to adopt innovative educational methods by developing their skills in domains such as web 2.0 tools, STEM, robotics and coding. We also delivered digital content creation methods, which increased teachers' digital content creation skills and enabled them to develop educational materials. In this way, we created equal opportunities in education by making teachers more competent in digital learning thus providing students with better quality of individualized education. We also promoted international cooperation through EU projects such as Erasmus+ and ensured cultural interaction. In this context, teachers were able to make their educational processes more effective by using innovative educational methods such as digital content production, STEM, robotics and coding, and the digital content created in digital environments. ▶Activities
1. Virtual Activity (2 days): Project process and activities were introduced, participants met and cultural interaction was ensured. 2. Robotics and Coding Training was given in Romania for 5 days. Materials were shared online. Dissemination: Local trainings were organized face-to-face. 3. STEM Education in France (5 days): STEM education was provided with digital tools. Face-to-face trainings were given as local activities. 21st century skills were developed. 4. Web 2.0 Tools Training in Italy (5 days): Web 2.0 tools and artificial intelligence based web applications were delivered. Teachers improved their digital skills. 5. STEM Based Digital Content Creation (3 days): STEM-based digital content production skills were gained. The content was shared on online platforms and website. 6. Dissemination Activities: Project results were published on online platforms. Face-to-face events and trainings organized in each partner country. 7. STEM E-Book: An e-book on STEM topics was published. The e-book was shared online with teachers and local institutions. 8. E-Journal Publication: A magazine about the project process and activities was created and shared online. 9. Promotion: Digital water flasks were given in Turkey. Project was promo
▶Impact
Concrete Outputs: A website www.itdevedu.com was created where digital training materials, e-books, e-magazines and all activities and documents of the project are shared. Course activity contents enriched with STEM, robotics, coding and Web 2.0 tools were produced. Teachers gained skills in creating a digital classroom, developing content and using web tools. In addition, by effectively using technology, materials suitable for individual learning needs were developed. Cultural interaction was ensured. Examples of practices within the scope of the project in each partner country were shared. Other Results: The improvement in teachers' digital skills strengthened their professional self-confidence and contributed to their academic success. The use of STEM and innovation-oriented methods improved students' creative thinking and problem-solving skills. The project strengthened cooperation between institutions and contributed to internationalization of the EU Digital Education Action Plan. While the education culture adapted to digital transformation, innovative and sustainable practices were disseminated.
