▶Objectives
Through this project, the GIP FTLV and the Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen had the common objective of adapting our training to the cognitive disorders of certain people who are far from employment in order to help them integrate into the professional world and thus meet the European challenges of inclusion. The treatment of these learning problems, thanks to the contributions of neurologists practicing ADNA, would make it possible to propose solutions for educational activities taking these disorders into account. To achieve this objective, the project focused on analysing classroom situations to identify these disorders, creating adapted educational activities, producing a booklet of good practices.
▶Activities
Exchanges of practices and action research workshops on a European scale have made it possible to exchange views. In this way, we have been able to increase the possibilities for action by giving the possibility to practitioners and experts to exchange their point of view on the issue of cognitive disorders. Through the three learning activities, we wanted to learn from each other, offering peer-to-peer learning and thus offering methodologies to the trainers. During the first learning activity, we had the opportunity to present the scientific approach of ADNA to all participants. In this session, we listed the various challenges that trainers face in their practices and discussed how research could assist these trainers. The other two activities, in Besançon and Bruges respectively, made it possible to define all the concepts and identify the common situations between our two countries. It also made it possible to choose the cognitive disorders concerned by our project and to carry out the tests in class. Thus, the feedback from the trainers made it possible to put together our recommendation booklet.
