Objectives

The objectives we aimed to achieve are as follows: - To develop and foster ecological awareness, including digital ecological awareness. -To change behaviors regarding environmental protection and the adoption of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through ten daily habits at home, at school, and during leisure time. -To improve digital skills through the sustainable use of modern technologies (online meetings, posts on communication platforms, etc.). -To strengthen English language skills, as all communication was conducted in English, while also acquiring basic knowledge of the languages of other participants. Progress was assessed through observation of interactions throughout the project. -To include disadvantaged groups in the project activities (people facing economic difficulties, migrants, etc.). -To explore different European cultures and our shared European identity, based on common values, habits, ideas, and principles.

Activities

The French institution organized the short-term joint staff training for personnel involved in the project. During this meeting in October 2023, we established the activities and tasks for each partner, which allowed us to organize all actions, build relationships, and define responsibilities and deadlines. At the first international meeting, students and teachers from France and Romania traveled to Spain to participate in the 5-day mobility organized by the Spanish school. The theme of the week was green digital transformation as a lever for change. The main objective of the second student exchange, held in Romania, was to find solutions to protect the environment in our daily activities: the way we dress, how we travel, our relationship to sports and recycling, and waste reduction. The last international meeting offered activities aimed at providing education on balanced nutrition, encouraging healthy food choices within a health- and well-being-supportive environment. A cooking workshop allowed participants to put these good practices into action.
