Objective 1: Enable schools' stakeholders to observe, compare, and confront their practices by examining the practices of each country. The objective is to question their own practices and identify the factors that promote well-being at school. Objective 2: Enable schools' stakeholders to observe and question their sustainable development practices: consideration of environmental issues in France and the Netherlands. Attention given to education for sustainable development in comparison with their own country. The place of sustainable development education in curricula and its implementation in classrooms. Objective 3: Enable schools' stakeholders to observe and question the dimension of Inclusion. Objective 4: Enable schools' stakeholders to improve and innovate educational methods, to define achievable and measurable objectives at different levels: local, departmental, and national. Objective 5: Communicate throughout the two-year project to all members of the association.

Activity 1: Deepening reflection in preparation for mobility, work with a university lecturer from the University of Nantes. Activity 2: Creation of a digital platform. Activity 3: Preparatory visit between the two partners. Activity 4: Meeting with a university lecturer from the Netherlands. Activity 5: School visits. Activity 6: Exploration of an experimental Dutch middle/high school. Partner institution of the Faculty of Education Sciences. Activity 7: Reflective exchange between the French participants in mobility and professors from the Faculty of Education Sciences. Activity 8: Contribution from Dutch teachers during the “ANCM days.” Activity 9: Discovery of a French institution by Dutch professors. Activity 10: Project dissemination (webinar, “discussions,” YouTube channel, etc.).
▶Impact
The five objectives were fully achieved: Observation and comparison: School visits and the Nuffic’s conference shed light on the Dutch system and enabled participants to question their practices, particularly regarding school well-being. Sustainable development: Eco-responsibility guided the project (choice of transportation, observed practices), illustrated by the commitment of students and staff. Inclusion: The discovery of innovative systems and the meeting with the School and Safety Foundation inspired new approaches for students with special needs. Improvement of practices: Video calls made it possible to identify levers for action and to share tangible ideas at the local and national levels. Communication and dissemination: A clear strategy ensured good internal communication and external visibility, notably through an article in a national journal. Beyond expectations: • Strengthened collective dynamic: The project created links between school advisers, fostering national cohesion. • Enriched content: Video calls and expert interventions complemented the initial program, adding value to the project.
