The ultimate goal of this shared mobility project was an original creation: the co-production of an open-access interactive web documentary comparing the French and Swedish educational systems from a child's perspective. This web documentary, co-produced by students from both countries and a professional filming team, is a report that will be released online in French, English, and Swedish. This project provided opportunities to develop psychosocial and digital skills, strengthen language abilities, and explore a new educational culture through investigative and journalistic approaches. A wide variety of students participated, including both primary and secondary school students, as well as those with diverse profiles (students with special educational needs, disabilities, or from both disadvantaged and advantaged social backgrounds). They contributed their perspectives on school through the web documentary. The project also aimed to raise students' awareness of sustainable development issues, including transportation (sustainable mobility such as trains, subways, and boats) and the discovery of schools pioneering in ecological practices (energy neutrality, ergonomics adapted to all types of students, etc.).

Preparation and Production of the Web Documentary: Initial contact and remote exchanges between French and Swedish teachers, followed by interactions between students from both countries (eTwinning, question development, video exchanges). Filming of the web documentary with French students, followed by Swedish students. Editing of the documentary by the director. Mobility of Swedish Teachers in France: Welcoming Swedish teachers to the French school with a program focused on understanding the French educational system, various teaching methods, local organizations, and the school’s partners. Discussions on the similarities and differences between the two systems. Preparation of the Swedish teachers’ contribution to the documentary with French students and a meeting with the director. Mobility of French Students and Teachers in Sweden: Trip preparation (weekly meetings, biweekly video calls, and the creation of a shared document platform). Establishment and management of social media accounts to promote the project. Sustainable travel (train) to Sweden with French students, teachers, and the director. Meeting Swedish students: joint activities in Ekeby and a visit to a pioneering school

The project, through the sharing of pedagogical practices between colleagues, has generally enabled both institutions to commit to a long-term desire for educational cooperation at the European level. Mobility of a Group of Swedish Teachers and students in France: This mobility is planned for 2025 in France. Mobility of French Students and Teachers in Sweden: For students: A linguistic exchange experience in English, along with the discovery of Swedish language and culture, and the continuation of correspondence between French and Swedish students. French students also experienced eco-responsible travel, including train journeys, nature lodge accommodations, use of public transportation, and visits to environmentally focused infrastructures. For teachers: The opportunity to explore a different educational system, enriching their reflective analysis of pedagogical practices. Production of the Web Documentary: Screening of a promotional trailer for the web documentary in a performance venue, followed by a cinema screening. Dissemination: Two screenings (at MFB and Kinepolis) to scale the project’s reach at three different levels, followed by open access distribution.
