▶Objectives
The MOSAIC project aimed to strengthen the skills of adult educators so that they could effectively support underrepresented founders in preparing for investment and financial independence. Its objectives were to: - Develop a skills framework and modular training program for inclusive entrepreneurship education; - Create innovative digital resources : a self-assessment app for “readiness to invest” and a knowledge and networking hub, facilitating dialogue between founders, trainers, and investors; - Test these tools through transnational pilot tests and collect impact data on learning practices; - Widely disseminate the results to encourage their reuse in adult education across Europe. These objectives were fully achieved, contributing to the professionalization of trainers and the creation of a more inclusive investment ecosystem.
