There are methods to reduce inequalities in the written word. Plain language is an international standard that facilitates the comprehension of written information in paper and digital form. Text it Easy aims to disseminate clear language in all professional sectors, first and foremost in the field of professional training, to improve access to information and communication for all citizens and thus promote their inclusion and involvement in society.

This project will involve research, resource development, and evaluation to produce a Methodology and Operational Framework for writing plain language texts in a learning context. Training, both face-to-face and online, for the VET community will transfer skills within and outside the partnership.

We want to disseminate and legitimize clear language in the vocational education and training sector in order to encourage more inclusive professional practices at all levels. Finally, we would like this project to be the starting point for a Europe-wide reflection on reference materials for all European languages and an associated scoring function to easily evaluate the clarity of texts.
