▶Objectives
The EMPOWERING’s mission is to support and enhance the role of millennial women within European industry: their professional education, upskilling, career opportunities and advancement, and to promote European collaboration and networking of industry stakeholders and workforce. The project aims to train new generation of European female industry leaders, tech-savvy & digital natives, who bring a fresh perspective and innovation, thus reshaping the European industry of tomorrow.
▶Activities
Methodology development, design and validation of an online scenario game and LearnHub platform; Elaboration of quality training contents and ressources on EU level and their publication; Organization and delivery of series of webinars and face-to-face coaching sessions: Accompanying M-Women in development of their individual Career Action Plans; Redaction and dissemination of relevant Policy papers; Development of the European Learning Community; Animation of stakeholder dialog and exchanges.
▶Impact
EMPOWERING will deliver an online career self-assessment tool, LearnHUb platform with quality training and learning materials and resources, series of recorded national and European webinars, European EMPOWERING learning Community, Coaching programme finalized with individual Career Action Plans, and a set of documents (European guidelines, Handbook and White/Policy paper) encouraging the development of female friendly industrial environments across Europe and M-Women career development.
