LIGHT’s goal is to bring improvements in youth work’s responses to unconscious biases and invisible racism, contributing to the fight against them and advancing EU society’s inclusiveness. Specifically, it aims to: - Develop innovative youth work tools to shed light to the phenomena - Increase youth workers’ ability to effectively work on the topic - Promote bias literacy & union values - Raise youngsters’ awareness, ability to respond to the phenomena & to recognize and question their bias

Participative activities such as creative workshops and focus groups to involve target groups and other relevant actors in the results’ development.
