With this project we have planned to: *run two inclusive workshop cycles (PL + IS) for migrant adults, giving space to create, share stories and process lived experience through participatory arts; *build a practical toolbox of exercises/scores and facilitation tips that organisations can reuse with migrant and other marginalised groups; *equip educators in both countries with new, work-based methods (somatics, storytelling, collective creation) and strengthen peer learning between teams; *raise the visibility and public recognition of inclusive participatory arts through sharings/performances and open documentation; *grow participants’ cultural, personal and social competences—confidence, communication, collaboration and agency; *diversify the educational offer of both organisations and lower access barriers (language-aware, trauma-sensitive, accessible formats); *establish a durable transnational partnership with shared planning, reflection and future collaboration opportunities; *align with Erasmus+ priorities by promoting inclusion and diversity, improving educator competences, and supporting the reception and integration of migrants.

The project included a wide range of interconnected activities in Poland and Iceland. It began with online preparation and a transnational partner meeting in Warsaw to establish a shared pedagogical framework. Two full workshop cycles followed: in Warsaw, 112 hours of workshops were delivered to migrant women working in the care sector, using movement, voice, drawing, journaling, and storytelling. In Iceland, weekly sessions were conducted with refugees and asylum seekers at the Vitatorg Social Centre, using inclusive, multilingual, and body-based methods. Two in-person partner meetings supported reflection and planning, while public events and creative sharings—including a video installation, comic-book storytelling, and informal exhibitions—ensured visibility. All activities were documented and shared via digital platforms. The implementation followed a participatory, flexible model, adapted in response to real needs and lived experiences of participants.

The project produced impactful educational and artistic results. In Poland, it led to a co-created video installation and a comic-book-style exhibition, presented at the Museum of Warsaw. In Iceland, participants developed artistic journals and informal public sharings. Both workshop series fostered creative expression, community building, and personal growth for migrant adults. Educators developed inclusive tools and facilitation methods, now used locally. Digital documentation—including videos, written methods, and photos—was uploaded to the Erasmus+ Results Platform. The project strengthened transnational cooperation, built sustainable pedagogical practices, and expanded each partner’s capacity to work inclusively. The visibility, emotional depth, and professional quality of outcomes exceeded expectations, with long-term benefits for both educators and communities.
