Building on the results of the 2020 Erasmus+ KA2 project Competence+, this project will create a more inclusive and equitable education and training environment for public transport staff and trainees with a focus on diversity and inclusion that benefits all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances, while simultaneously fostering empathy and understanding in learners towards other people, cultures, and circumstances with innovative teaching and learning methods.

Providing an innovative, comprehensible training program with the main results mentioned above (Methodology, Diversity and Inclusion workshop, COMP+ game, updated materials and learning platform), COMP+ D/I will help trainers, staff, and trainees gain a deeper understanding of the importance promoting diversity and inclusion in the public transportation sector which will improve their skill sets, their work environments, and their performance while creating a more inclusive community for all.
