The project aims to create, experiment and validate a sustainable, shared and effective model to be used in socio-work inclusion paths and in the orientation, training and job placement activities of vulnerable subjects to evaluate their personal skills, human potential and employability, contributing to the creation of inclusive environments that promote equity and equality.

The model will consist of useful tools to strengthen users' skills through accurate profiling and the design of an individual action plan that establishes the initial stages of implementation of the strategy for the job reintegration process, all aimed at providing a ever more flexible and person-oriented service. Establishment of courses to fill any training gaps of users, including digital education.

- the increase in the percentage of employment of users belonging to the target groups defined as participating in the project; - the reduction of insertion and reintegration times into work; - greater satisfaction of users belonging to the target groups involved; - an increased correspondence between the needs of companies looking for specific professional skills and the users inserted or reinserted at work.
