Specific objectives are as follows: O1 . To promote and support the development in the two identified target groups (VET teachers and VET students) of green skills related to the ability to save on energy consumption, on the reduction of waste of raw materials and in the use of organic, quality labelled, zero kilometre or local products in the tourism field in these areas such as catering, hospitality, tour operators etc O2 To improve transversal skills in the design and management of complex projects and to provide a European dimension to the three participating organisations, two of which are submitting for the first time a proposal VET Cooperation Partnership of the Erasmus+ programme . O3 Promoting a culture of sustainability O4 Include participants with fewer opportunities due to gender, age and socio-economic status to reduce the risk of social exclusion and offer a vocational alternative.

Training was the main activity of the project. It was developed on two levels, first the training addressed to teachers and trainers of the consortium partners and then 'cascading' the trainees became teachers of the courses held in Italy and Malta.
