Promote the access of new mothers to a professional training course aimed at developing digital, transversal and entrepreneurial skills in order to increase their ability to remain or re-enter the job market through: - the enhancement of the application of motherhood's endemic soft skills in the new digital professions environment; - improving vet trainers' skills; - raising awareness of adaptive training and flexible working-model;

1) Identification and collection of virtuous practices, useful tools and testimonials abou the application of motherhood's soft skills in the digital environment (compendium 30/40 pages); 2) Development of the training with 3 modules to be uploaded in the e-learning platform; 4) Training of trainers in Spain + toolkit + pilot for new mothers (min.30 for ES and BG and 60 for IT); 5) Dissemination: 2 local multiplier events (Spain and Belgium) + 1 international in Italy + TPM (Follow up);

Organize a training system for VET trainers, and not only, on the subject of transversal skills applied to the digital world, professionalizing digital skills and entrepreneurial skills so that the trainers involved are able to: - adopt good practices and innovative tools on the subject; - deliver training directly to new mothers looking for job opportunities; - create synergies with SMEs/employment centers in order to enhance newmothers' employability/digital entrepreneurship;
