▶Objectives
-Transferring environmental sustainability challenges and solution modes/approaches from the industrial setting to the VET environment; -Developing Green Skills in VET teachers and learners; -Innovating VET curricula closer to labor market demand; -Introducing the topic of environmental sustainability in VET, through work-based and problem-based learning programs; -Developing inclusive learning methods, capable of engaging disadvantaged learners at risk of educational failure.
▶Activities
WP1: Project Management & dissemination. WP2: Sector studies on the topic of environmental sustainability in manufacturing and production; Corporate testimonial paths in VET. WP3 & WP4: Designing flipped classroom training programs, with work-based testing for the development of environmental sustainability skills at mono-sectorial (WP3) & inter-cross sectorial (WP4) levels. WP 5: Multiplier Events for dissemination of results (1 in Portugal, 1 in Italy, 1 in Slovenia, 1 in Croatia, 1 in Spain).
▶Impact
The following CONCRETE RESULTS are expected: -WP2: Case-studies on the topic of environmental sustainability in manufacturing and production and design of didactic cases; -WP3 & WP4: Training Programs designed, tested, validated and released as OERs to include environmental sustainability in VET at mono-sectorial (WP 3) & inter-cross-sectorial (WP 4) levels; -WP5: n° 5 Multiplier Events for dissemination of project’s results.
