โ–ถObjectives

As response of the competences mismatch, the project is aimed at increase the number of participants in High VET 5 EQF (EQAVET ind. 3) pathways through increased awareness of High School students and graduates. Specific objectives: A. Increased the level of Quality and Inclusiveness of HVET guidance; B. Increased HVET awareness of High School guidance practitioners; C. Increased the competences of Quality-based cooperation among career guidance practitioners.

โ–ถActivities

In addition to the PM (WP1) and Diss. (WP4) will be implemented: - WP2 to create a Digital Guidance Quality Assurance System. From a PLA and Action Research the QA-based Guidance system model and technological device will be developed and tested. - WP3 aimed at creating a H-VET Digital Gateway. From a survey on levels of of HVET awareness, a tool containing info-training resources will be designed. Training activities and the pilot test will allow the evaluation of effectiveness.

โ–ถImpact

The following results will be implemented: 1) Multi-stakeholder guidance system based on Quality assurance and Evidence-Based containing a Guidance Model and a web-app for data entry and processing related to the dimensions defined in the Model. 2) H-VET Digital Gateway containing information resources on the HVET system and perspectives, a digital gateway through which these resources can be accessed, and digital OERs directed to the guidance counselor.
