Innovate VET by equipping SMEs and VET Providers with a common techno-methodological toolkit to analyse and diagnose training needs Align resources of SME HR functions and VET analysts/designers on methodologies to exploit AI in people management Disseminate the CLAIM model and relative tools to reduce digital, green and internationalisation skill mismatch foster lifelong e-learning of VET and HRM actors with access to OER to manage the CLAIM model

Design the CLAIM model for proactive and predictive analysis using AI of SMEs' training and professional needs Map e-learning platforms/sites and open source environments Realise microlearning pills, tutorial videos, narrative branching scenarios Apply the CLAIM model and relative tools in 6 EU countries Establish an open, transnational network aligned on the CLAIM model Disseminate and exploit CLAIM project results among target groups/stakeholders

-A 'CLAIM' MODEL of training needs analysis and diagnosis with AI co-designed, tested by 35 HR workers in 6 EU countries and disseminated -International mobility for 10 VET actors and SMEs in presence and 10 virtually -Establishment of a stable multi-actor open network (MoU) to consolidate project results -Development of OER (microlearning pills, video tutorials, Narrative branching) usable online for at least 5 years after project end.
