Sharing the foundations of the mainstream eating guidelines referring to healtiest patterns, Mediterrranean diet and criteria of healthiness / weakness of alternative diets for adolescents; - Knowing local, traditional and sustainable products from green economy; - Debating about “Hard risks like drugs, smoke, alcohol and junk food , related diseases, social determinants, healthy behaviors - Coperating in sustanaible cooking labs of traditional dishes from different countries experiencing leftover recipes; - Sharing concepts of sustainability, freshness, seasonality - Debating and being creative in making posters, slogan, gaming with the main subjects of the project The main critical aspect of the dietary plans was related to the consumption of junk food and sedentary life style and the importance of physical activities. Healthy eating in childhood and adolescence is important for proper growth and development and to establish a healthy foundation for future dietary habits. Adolescents find it difficult to engage with the long-term consequences of their lifestyle choices, such as not healthy eating (high in sugar and fat food-content) and being less active, spending an average of 20 h a week online using their smartphone.

-LTT Italy: ice-breaking activities; logo of the project determined; seminars on European data on health such as hard risks, related diseases, social determinants, health inequalities; importance of the concept of sustainable food; visit to organic vegetable growing establishments; cooking process of traditional food experienced in the school labs local Healthy European Market activities for host students; Physical activities (dancing, football match and walking) for fun and to increase the motivation of the students. LTT Turkey: ice-breaking activities; posters and presentations about the use of harmful substances; results on alcohol use among young people prepared by each partner school; practice restaurant and Local Healthy European Market activities for host students; dancing and local and traditional dishes sharing; visit local historical monuments and university; sports activities; debates and role playing about climate change matter. LTT Romania: ice-breaking activities; organic growing methods presented from student of each partner; healthy lifestyle habits; sport activities and low cost outdoor sport, safety and physical activities demonstration bystudents; local dances and songs and regional clothes; gaming activities
▶Impact
From the different activities carried out, students all together produced: - the logo of the project - posters, infographic, t-shirts stationary kits to make peers aware of the importance of the topics exspecially those related to food deseases, drugs, smoke and alcohol abuse and disseminate their learnings - interactive gaming sections to share and disseminate good practices - questionnaire to check adolescents' habits and knowledge about wastage, fast fashion, climate issues - presentation/roleplay on the different topics researches - typical and sustainable menus - multi-sensory abilities development to distinguish different and very common agrifood as milk, honey, olive oil, daily used in healthy diets - totebags and t-shirts embellished by ecoprinting techinque to be used every day in order to foster the use of natural resources, materials and textile instead of fast fashion and synthetic fabric , to get the goals of the Agenda 2030 - practice schemes of indoor and outdoor sport to keep fit and healthy - creative and promotional posters of different enviroments, urban and natural settings, with pros and cons - feedback questionnaires - videos made by students related to different topics - websitehttps://movement4health.al
