▶Objectives
The project’s main goal is to empower, connect and engage young people from peripheral territories as active practitioners/change makers in climate protection by promoting a shift from awareness to active engagement. The project aims at improving young people’s capacities, self-confidence and opportunities to actively fight climate change in their communities with concrete local initiatives and bottom-up advocacy actions, in connection and dialogue with other European peripheral communities.

Collection and analyses of youth engagement practices in peripheral territories; Development of digital toolkits, validation and online lunch; Production of guidelines for youth/environmental organisations; Creation of a learning programme; Blended mobility event; Production of a territorial community engagement strategy; 8 community and policy labs (2 p/country); Production of “Tell with videos and social media” the process of community involvement and its results; Final dissemination events
▶Impact
Digital learning toolkits for community engagement for climate actions in peripheral territories developed. Guidelines for youth/environmental organisations produced/presented. A learning program developed, 28 young people from 4 countries took part in an international residential event, Local engagement strategies finalised, 8 Local labs organised and community members engaged, Recommendations and actions proposed to local policy makers, Videos on the project actions produced and disseminated.
