▶Objectives
The overall objective is to promote employability of youth, to train youth workers to optimize the process of job orientation for young people with fewer opportunities and tested by the European consortium in multi-diversity contexts, for the activation of job processes in an inclusive language addressed to the self-recognition of skills and oriented to the most suitable job environment for the young population.

- Development of the training module: Job-oriented inclusiveness training “JOI” - Development of the Tool kit “JOIn US!” - Development of a social campaign - Development of local Multiplier Events - Development of an Online Multiplier Event

-Awareness on the socio-economic effects of the inclusion of those vulnerable target and its contribution at local/National level -Enhance the effectiveness of job inclusion processes by analyzing the local contexts and the gaps with the local/National/EU legal framework -Acquisition of (new) vision to improve the effectiveness of inclusion processes by developing innovative tools by valorising the old ones -Improvement of youth empowerment by developing a better bottom up integration policy
