▶Objectives
In implementing this project, we sought to develop the functional and conceptual competencies of adult educators related to virtual and/or augmented reality and to explore the applicability of AI, VR, and AR in adult education. We introduced employees to virtual andragogy and how AI could be adapted and used in adult education. We discussed how organisations could empower adult educators to seek opportunities to integrate AI so that adult learners could receive high-quality learning activities based on the latest AI.

▶Impact
- More than 122 adult educators participated in seminars. - A concept book was prepared – material for moderators (adult educators), recommendations. - Seven articles were prepared and published in three languages on EPALE. - 3D hologram pyramids were demonstrated during the training, over 200 adult educators tested/received the project results, presentations and videos were prepared. Online meetings and presentations to local communities were held. - We planned for 50 adult educators to participate in the conference, but 69 adult educators participated. - We reached 11,718 people through various dissemination events and 9,000 visitors through the website. In total, we reached 20,787 people during the implementation of the project. This is much more than we planned and imagined we could achieve with a small-scale project. - Instead of the planned 10 remote project administrator meetings, 14 were held; instead of 4 EPALE articles, 7 were written in three different languages; and instead of 2 PowerPoint presentations, 8 were prepared and published.
