DISCOVER&EMPOWER project aims to help young adults, known as GEN Y to identify their strengths, interests, and values, explore career options, build confidence and develop skills necessary to achieve career goals and increase employability. Also, it aims in promoting lifelong guidance in our countries, to enhance its integration into lifelong learning structures by providing adult educators with the tools needed to implement CMS, utilizing at the same time certain features of modern ICT.
