Objectives

This project aims to foster the professional development of trainers in the field of pedagogical engineering through the specialized hybrid and multimodal training paths. In order to achieve our objective, we are developing a toolbox that aims to provide a methodological support to coaches and all those involved in teacher training. The given toolbox allows the participants to design the easily adaptable and innovative courses in their respective training fields.

Activities

It is crucial that our product delivers practical benefits to trainers. To achieve this, we intend to provide an open source toolkit of resources and pedagogical materials that support the professional needs of trainers. The toolbox will be shared with partners and educational communities across Europe. Consequently, dissemination activities such as events, presentations and publications will allow us to share the results of the project and ultimately contribute to the field of teacher education

Impact

We aim to contribute to the evolution of pedagogical practices that could ultimately benefit students' learning potential. This can be done by supporting teacher trainers with adapted methodological tools enabling them to develop innovative, motivating, hybrid and multimodal training courses. Furthermore, this project will allow us to establish a solid and sustainable collaboration between all the actors and partner organizations involved.
