Our concrete objectives: • Provide a structured and supportive learning environment for adults to develop the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to effect change. • Develop and implement self-care and resilience-building strategies for participants, and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where participants can connect with like-minded peers from different backgrounds and countries. • Develop and refine a replicable model for empowering adults to become active citizens and promoting social inclusion, and share this model with other organizations • Increased their knowledge and understanding of social issues and how to engage with them, regardless of their prior experience with social impact projects. • Developed practical skills for planning and implementing social impact projects, as well as leadership, communication, and self-care skills. • Effectively collaborated with peers from different backgrounds and countries and developed a sense of belonging to a community of change-makers.

Our main activities: 1. Design a structured and supportive training program that utilizes a blended learning approach 2. Create high-quality video content that will be integrated into the learning platform 3. Organizing face-to-face opening and closing events 4. Organize Mentoring sessions 5. Coordination and moderation of online spaces 6. Collaborate with a mental health professional 7. Creating a Learning Management System (LMS), platform and website for the program 8. Developing and implementing a, marketing and communication strategy 9. Generating reports to disseminate the program's methodology 10. Assessing and adjusting the curriculum and Learning Management System (LMS)

Concrete results of our project: We organized an opening and closing conference. We created an online learning platform. We hosted over 40 mentoring sessions. Number Applicants: 287. Number of Selected Participants: 49.Number of Graduated Participants: 39. The majority of selected applicants were aged between 18-24 y.o. (16). Followed closely by 25-29 y.o (15), with a combined (18) for participants aged 30 y.o and more. We selected participants from 5 different countries: Turkey, The Netherlands, Belgium, Albania and Morocco. Why did participants sign up? The majority of participants joined the program to make an impact, followed by the wish to expand their international network. Followed by both discovering themselves & developing their knowledge on social impact and international collaboration. What participants valued mostly? Most participants highly valued the community aspect: meeting new people, interacting with others, sharing experiences, and especially on the closing conference. The majority appreciated the blended learning approach, particularly praising the mentoring, followed by the usefulness of the assignments and the shared resources. Participants started social impact initiatives or improved existing ones.
