▶Objectives
The project aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle, increase children’s physical activity, improve their nutritional and hygiene habits, and shape pro-health and pro-ecological attitudes. We sought to combine health and environmental education with practical actions that would have a lasting impact on participants’ daily habits. The project also aimed to increase the involvement of the local community in health-promoting activities and to strengthen the relationship between the school and parents, while fostering ecological awareness through a range of initiatives such as water conservation, reducing plastic use, and waste segregation. An important element was international cooperation with a special school in Slovakia, which enabled the exchange of good practices and joint activities with children with special educational needs. We fostered attitudes of openness, tolerance, and European identity. The project contributed to the development of key competences, ICT skills, and the quality of early education. In the long term, we wanted the project to lead to lasting changes in attitudes and for the school to become a place that promotes health, physical activity, and environmental care in a modern and engaging way.
