Objectives

Our objectives were as follows : to enhance inclusion by adopting a non-violent communication in class, school and school neighborhood to boost digital skills and competences in line with the Digital Education Action Plan of the Erasmus Programme to digitalize the practice and dissemination of non-violent communication using Web2 tools to promote learning mobility of pupils and teachers to enhance learning outcomes for participants in cross border learning mobility to raise awareness on environment and climate change to realize greener environment practices to increase English competences to struggle with social exclusion by including disadvantaged pupils in the project to develop an understanding to combat racism, prejudice, xenophobia and all kinds of discrimination to develop an understanding on the diversity of European cultures and languages to learn more about different cultures, histories, architectures and cuisines to strengthten European identity and active citizenship based on understanding, tolerance and respect for other people and cultures to contribute to the lifelong learning of pupils and staff

Activities

Turkish school organized a 6 sessions of Online NVC trainings on Zoom by an experienced NVC Trainer. All project teachers and students attended a No Fault Zone Game Workshop during the Turkish Mobility. The Turkish school published a Non-violent Communication Handbook (online and in print). All partners made NVC mascots and NVC Corners at schools. Polish school gave WEB2 Tools training to both teachers and students during the Polish Mobility. All partners created a project logo and the best one was chosen with using Google Forms (Web2 Tools). The Polish school created the project website and the social media account. We worked on a Non-violent Communication Dictionary with our students on Padlet (Web2 Tools). We published it in 4 languages; English, Polish, Turkish, Italian and Spanish during the Spanish mobility. (online and in print.), We played No Fault Zone Games during the mobilities. The Italian school organized "Reusing Day" and "Cycling Day" activities during the Italian mobility. (Environmental Act We made "Erasmus Talks" with our students. We made 4 mobilities. We made Online Meetings for the coordination and evaluation of the project. We made press releases in local press. We shot videos of project activities.

Impact

A project website and social media account were created. A Non-violent Communication Handbook and a Non-violent Dictionary in English and in the languages of partner countries were done online and in printed version. Non-violent communication was practiced among teachers and pupils. A NFZ Webinar of Sura Hart was organized. A NFZ Newsletter was published. Erasmus Talks Videos were shot. Bimonthly Evaluation reports were prepared. Mobility, Training and Workshop Evaluation Forms were prepared and answered by participants. A Padlet document was prepared for the creation of NVC Dictionary. Mobility videos were prepared. NVC Mascots were made by each country. NVC Corners were made by each country.
