Zrównoważona turystyka – wymiana dobrych praktyk w celu podniesienia poziomu ksztalcenia zawodowego w dziedzinie enoturystyki
▶Summary
There are 18 secondary schools in the Lublin region, where young people study subjects related to agriculture, agricultural production, tourism and catering.During a telephone interview conducted in the above-mentioned schools, information was received about the lack of practical classes in the area of entrepreneurship and running one's own business, which needs to be properly promoted.Young people do not have the opportunity to participate in classes held in schools with entrepreneurship advisors and entrepreneurs who will talk about running a family business in an accessible way.An important element is the exchange of good practice between entrepreneurs (producers of local products) and organisations dedicated to supporting local business and local products.Participating organisations establishing business relations with entrepreneurs and cooperation with profile schools will create an offer of entrepreneurship classes, supported by the practice of entrepreneurs, which should be an incentive for more effective participation in school classes and indirectly for participation in the inter-school competition proposed within the project. All these activities lead to unlocking human/organisational potential and building relationships.
