PROFFESIONS AND THEIR SKILLS IN HYDROGEN SECTOR
▶Objectives
THE GOALS OF THE PROJECT: -creating a competence system and knowledge base for the staff of MSME in the developing hydrogen sector with the use of digital tools. - to develop qualification standards for mapped professions in the hydrogen sector - implementation of innovative solutions for the development of MSME staff competences and the applied tools and educational content of the hydrogen sector - increase the knowledge and skills of the MSME staff in the hydrogen sector

- Mapping professions related to the hydrogen industry - Determining the competences, knowledge and skills necessary for individual professions in the hydrogen industry - Development of 10 innovative Training Programs for the staff of the hydrogen industry with the use of digital educational solutions - Raising competences (knowledge and skills) in the areas of 10 professional competences necessary for human resources in the hydrogen industry

MAIN RESULTS: - 1 study summary report with a list of new proffesions - 10 selected competences in selected professions in the hydrogen sector - a collection of 30 good practices - 1 map of professional competences - 1 E-Platform for the implementation of Training Programs - 10 Training Programs with packages of educational materials (graphics, infographics, cards, films, etc.)
