▶Objectives
Within the framework of the "Bet on a woman!" project, we decided to meet the needs of young women from disadvantaged groups and carry out a multi-stage project to educate both youth workers and young women at risk of exclusion due to geographical, economic, social problems, etc., and to increase our potential in activating young women to participate in the field of entrepreneurship, building leadership attitudes and organizing projects on these topics.
▶Activities
Within the framework of the project, we intend to undertake the following activities: -Training for youth workers in Poland (7 days) - LTTA1 -Local workshops (Multiplier Event 1 - ME1) - Engage, Connect, Empowe -Training for youth workers in Spain (5 days) - LTTA2 -Online workshops (Multiplier Event 2 - ME2) - Online Webinar on women's entrepreneurship and leadership -Local workshops in small towns (Multiplier Event 3 - ME3) - Bet on a woman!

Project results: - creation of the "Entrepreneurship and Leadership Training Toolkit" containing scenarios and methodology for conducting workshops - creation of a guide "Guidelines for outreach and training of young women from disadvantaged groups" containing knowledge and exercises for improving their skills for young women, especially from disadvantaged groups - training of youth workers on the subject matter of the project
