▶Objectives
The specific objectives of the project are: - To enhance the employability of min. 720 disadvantaged youngsters by offering them courses and workshops during which they develop entrepreneurial and artisanship skills; - To increase the capacity of min. 126 education providers working with the target disadvantaged to contribute to the employability of youth by entrepreneurial education.
▶Activities
Partners are going to implement the following activities: project management, a blended training of trainers for the staff members of partner institutes, the development of online courses on entrepreneurship, the development of video-tutorials on artisanship, local events for testing and exploitation and activities related to promotion and dissemination.
▶Impact
The project develop: - learning outcomes, such as entrepreneurial skills, artisanship skills, emotional intelligence and coping strategies (for marginalised youth) and digital, soft, pedagogical and emotional intelligence skills for youth workers; - tangible project results such as a set of e-learning courses on entrepreneurship and a series of video-modules on artisanship and emotional intelligence.
