Objectives

Our goal was to transform entrepreneurship education by integrating gender sensitivity, innovation, and social responsibility into vocational training. We aimed to: 1. Raise awareness of gender-specific challenges, equipping 55,000 students and 120 teachers with the skills and tools to address these issues. 2. Introduce innovative, gamified learning methods, such as a board game and gender-sensitive toolkits, to foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. 3. Empower future entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to design businesses that tackle gender-related issues, prioritizing inclusion and equity over profit. 4. Enhance the teaching capacities of educators, ensuring they can create inclusive and dynamic learning environments. By achieving these objectives, the project aimed to inspire a new generation of socially responsible leaders capable of driving positive societal change and ensuring education actively contributes to a fairer and more inclusive world.
